Hi. My name is Gil. I am a 61 year-old self-employed Canadian public accountant who is somewhat iconoclastic, philosophical and spiritual. I'm considerate of all living things around me. I do my best not to disturb my environment and I try to leave a small footprint on this planet. I have university degrees in mathematics and accounting, as well as a professional accounting designation. I love reading, music, movies and computers. I read every day, mostly on history, current events, science/technology and computer-related matters. Many different subjects arouse my interest and I am constantly educating myself. Some recent courses were in house-building and teaching ESL. I also build my own furniture as a hobby. I have been living alone too long and I'm tired of being alone. My children are on their own and I would love the company of a nice Asian woman. I don't drink, smoke, gamble or use drugs and I try to exercise daily.
