While life has taught me patience and the importance of timing, I believe the cornerstone of any meaningful partnership is sincerity. YES. Most men and women are instant gratification beasts. Men look at ladies for the first time in sexual matters; Women look at men as married or money material. Honestly, men and women are both. If you are not serious, find someone else to play with. If you have a young man that you are interested in and you two have a thing going on, put him on the right track. Do not wait for someone else to do it for you. They will end up with your man. My grandmother told me she would rather be an old man, darling, than a young man fool. Both grandmothers in Oakland, California, raised me. Love is the greatest gift to give or receive. Yes, I learned from previous mistakes and relationships. There is no fun in going from lady to lady. Everyone wants something. Remember when parents stayed married for 50 years or more? How can we improve our relationships today? Some of you may say that it is a whole different subject. I am 72. I lost hearing in my right ear, and I have a cochlear implant. My oldest daughter died in an auto accident 25 years ago. After a long search, I have visited several dating sites and cities. I realized that I am looking for a wife or a lifetime partner.
