I am something of an earth scientist with degrees in Biology and Geology and a minor in chem. The last 25 years I have done SE US Archaeology. I love to rock/fossil hunt and sometimes make jewelry out of what I find. I love to walk in natural habitats and often interact with critters (when safe). I play tabletop games regularly with others. I love to read (scifi/fantasy, crime, mystery, classic and many others) and almost always have a book open. In work and fun, I have been in all fifty states, six Canadian provinces and several times south into Mexico. I have been to many parks, valleys, hills, canyons, etc. and have been to several of the big ones several times (Yellowstone, Grand Canyon). I eat food from many different places and with many different flavors (as long as it is not too hot). I enjoy a number of different movies and listen to a wide array of music depending on my mood but classic rock is most common. I do love the sea, lakes and rivers and streams. I have one cat at the moment but have had a number of different pets over the years. I believe I am a kind and caring person who watches out for my friends. I believe honesty is important for any relationship. I would like to communicate and be open with others, but have trouble there. I'm not the best at talking to women and sometimes hide my feeling and pain within. I pretty sure I learn something new every day and love to learn!
