I have led a very diverse life. I am retired now living in Anna, Tx (a northern suburb of Dallas) and I think I work harder now than when I was working normally. I have a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths with more rooms and a 3 car garage. I love to stay busy, which lately it hasn’t been hard to do. More about me; I was an army brat and started school in Berlin, Germany. After Germany I was in 5 different schools by sixth grade. Then my world crashed – at the age of 12 my father passed away. I then struggled through life looking to find a life line of some sort and that’s when I discovered dancing. My dad was an excellent dancer, so, I thought I would try it. And I did and loved it, and my life changed for the better. I worked my way out and finally was good enough to dance on Broadway but then the government came calling (they had the draft back then). And that’s when my life really changed. I am a decorated veteran. I qualified and went into Special Forces. I spent 2 tours in Vietnam. After which I qualified for flight school and was transitioned into Cobra Gun Ships and went to Vietnam for a third tour (I had a choice of Ft. Sill, Oklahoma or Vietnam – I took the lesser of two evils and went to Vietnam). Spending 5 ½ years over there, I have collected numerous war stories and the best part is I have pictures for every story. Today, I still love to dance both country western and swing and have competed in numerous competitions. Also, since the army taught me how to jump out of an aircraft, again, I loved it and I wanted more, so, I started skydiving. I love to skydive and still jump today at my age. I am a master parachute rigger (that means I can sew) and a tandem master, however, I don’t do any tandem jumps now because of my age (my choice). I am an avid doggie lover. I have 4 exotic color Pomeranians. Three are females and one of the happiest males in the metroplex. I, also, have a 39 year old daughter and a 14 year old grandson. They both are doggie lovers.
