I am a typically busy professional and have quite a high powered job with it's associated stresses, travel and, at times, long hours and last minute changes. I really enjoy the job I do though. I am quite protective of my weekends and seldom will work on a weekend. Weekends are for unwinding and relaxing. I enjoy cycling and tennis for exercise. I enjoy going for a power walk on along the beach or just wander on the beach late in the afternoon with the water at my feet. I am generally a positive easy going person and prefer to hang out with people who have a similar view on life. I tend to be quite shy at first in a group of people (that I don't know) and would like to meet someone who is comfortable socially without feeling the need to be the life of the party and center of attention. I enjoy good conversation and sometimes a healthy debate about a hot topic - so someone who is up for that; smart and has an opinion. I am quite a romantic and giving person and have found I am most comfortable with someone who is an equal in a relationship, open about their feelings, can take charge at times when the situation calls for it, is considerate and caring and enjoys being affectionate. I am not a couch potato and don't watch much TV, preferring to read a book or relax on the day bed with the weekend paper. I have traveled to quite a few countries around the globe and have lived in a few different countries too. I have also explored a few great places right here in Aus and must say that some of my most memorable journeys have been here.
