Canadian with a love of travel, nature and adventure. I enjoy discovering new places and cultures, especially when it takes me a little beyond the usual tourist trail, although I've learned that “off the beaten path” occasionally translates to “we may be lost.” I'm equally happy hiking in the mountains, scuba diving somewhere warm, exploring a new city, or sharing a great meal and conversation with someone interesting. I have a career and a life I enjoy in Canada, but travel has become an important part of my life. I'm naturally curious, enjoy learning about other cultures, and usually want to know what's around the next corner. Sometimes it's an amazing beach. Sometimes it's a dead end. Both make good stories. I'll be travelling in Asia this fall and would enjoy getting to know someone before I arrive. I'm not interested in rushing anything. I'd rather have a genuine conversation, laugh together, get to know each other naturally and see where it leads.
